Jeane MacIntosh

Jeane MacIntosh is a veteran journalist and researcher known for her shoe-leather reporting and for scouring public records to uncover hidden issues and red flags. She oversees opposition research, competitive intelligence, vulnerability studies, vetting and policy and issue analyses for corporate, nonprofit and political clients.  

At Stu Loeser & Co. Strategy, she leads strategic research efforts related to client issue advocacy. She has worked on several political races and was national research team co-lead for the Mike Bloomberg 2020 presidential campaign. Previously, Jeane was director of research at Marathon Strategies, heading political and corporate investigative operations. She also spent two decades at the New York Post as an investigative and breaking news reporter. She was deputy editor of Page Six for five years, and a news reporter for the Daily Telegraph in Sydney, Australia. Before joining the Post, Jeane spent 10 years as a New York financial writer.

She is co-author with the New York Times’ Maggie Haberman of a book on the Elizabeth Smart kidnapping, and has been published in several national magazines and appeared as a guest commentator on CNN, ABC, NBC and Fox News, among others.
