María Navarro Gallegos

María Navarro Gallegos is a senior media strategist in Stu Loeser & Co. Strategy’s tech and political practice, where she applies her multidisciplinary background in politics, public affairs and nonprofit organizations to execute influential media campaigns. María is fluent in Spanish and is experienced at landing pitches in English and Spanish-language media. 

Prior to Stu Loeser & Co. Strategy, María was a program coordinator at Sponsors for Educational Opportunity, placing hundreds of diverse law students at over 40 corporate law firms nationwide. She was previously at lobbying firm Capalino+Company, working primarily with nonprofits and issue-based campaigns. She also interned at the Center for Responsive Politics and a Los Angeles County Supervisors race.

A Southern California native, María earned a B.A. in Politics from New York University. At NYU, she gained legislative experience lobbying legislators on the Hill in support of Pell Grant expansions and volunteered on the successful GreenLight NY campaign.
